Summary: We are searching for a dynamic, innovative team player that is highly motivated to help the growth of our global organization. The right candidate will be excited to help assist with the selling, planning and analysis of Dynex laboratory microplate instruments and their associated consumables amongst a domestic and international sales and customer service team. We are interested in someone that will help institute policies, technology, and processes to streamline the domestic and global sales operation and maintain our customer data reporting within Sales Force CRM. You will use your organizational and technological analysis to ensure our sales and CS teams have all the knowledge and resources needed to serve our client base.
Requirements:
Essential Functions:
- Primary Sales Force CRM administrator.
- Champion the accuracy of the Sales Force CRM data across the organization.
- Utilize Sales Force CRM reporting capabilities to provide increased visibility into opportunities, forecasts, and gaps.
- Weekly forecast reporting to senior management.
- Accurately report sales numbers, KPI's and metrics that align with the company strategy.
- Develop utilization metrics by customers and global distribution network.
- Create and report monthly scorecards on regional and global sales metrics and activities with executive summary.
- Track progress and provide business recommendations on key regional and global sales initiatives.
- Support business planning and sales goals reporting.
- Maintain key documentation and assist with the management of the sales operations ticket queue.
- Ensure ongoing consistency and continuous improvement of all related sales processes and documentation to streamline the sales and quoting process. Sales force effectiveness.
- Assist with the management of daily operational activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required.
- 5 years of experience in a sales operation's role.
- 5 years of sales and business analytics, providing recommendations to management based on results.
- 5 years of Sales Force CRM as primary administrator with strong capabilities in all functions.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and practices within clinical diagnostic and pharma market.
- Strong attention to detail, and capability to draw conclusions from reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to present data to all levels of leadership.
- Clear sense of urgency, reliability, customer service excellence, and the ability to work closely with others as well as independently
Computer Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user, creation and utilization of advanced formulas, pivots, and lookups to coherently analyze and share data points.
- Sales Force CRM Super User.
- Syspro / ERP system a plus.
- Highly proficient in use of analytics tools.
- Strong skills in using tools to increase sales efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Proficient user of other MS Office tools.
Work Environment: Remote or Office.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to meet National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) Standards.
