Description
The Revenue Operations Associate position supports the sales teams throughout the sales cycle to maintain deal governance for new sales transactions. The role is designed to help sales maximize revenue, improve profitability and gain approvals on new deals in the most efficient manner that supports organizational goals and meets customer needs.

Success Criteria
Specific KPI’s Include, But Are Not Limited To
Deal Governance SLA’s & Metrics
Accuracy & completeness of deal review assets in SFDC Deal review SLA’s [approval v. rejection]
Preparation of monthly deal review reporting package Duration from Closed Won to Pending Handoff in SFDC
Preparation of documents, as needed, for deal reviews Deal review dashboard, other deal metrics as appropriate
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all new deals conform to policies and deal parameters
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure all necessary reviews and approvals are acquired
- Document, retain and audit approval flows to ensure Deal Governance is met
- Maintain and monitor weekly Deals Desk metrics including pending reviews, outstanding task and upcoming approval flows
- Maintain proactive communications with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance and Operations on any urgent Deal Governance needs
- Improve operational efficiency and visibility across the Deals Desk process

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in deal administration, contracting, order entry, deal desk or revenue operations
Well-organized, detail oriented, eager to learn
Exceptional communication & critical thinking
Experience using SFDC or similar CRM tool(s)
