Role Overview
The role of the Sales Operations Executive is a key role in the continued growth of TTB with a specific focus on Acquire – a platform as a service product – designed for the real estate industry, enabling agents to deliver a sophisticated data lead automated ‘off-portal’ digital marketing campaign for a vendor when selling their home.
The platform also enables agents and offices to run campaigns to promote themselves, a key branding tool in securing their next listing in a highly competitive market.
The role will report into the Head of Operations with a key focus being contribution to the successful management of the Acquire product from an operational perspective to support and deliver revenue objectives via the Account Management team.
The successful candidate will be experienced with front-end management of a CRM platform, with a solid understanding of the back-end and have successfully utilised this to achieve commercial objectives. They will be a team player with a drive to innovate and make ideas a reality. A knowledge of the residential real estate industry would be highly advantageous, but not essential – however exceptional organisational, interpersonal, communication and project delivery skills are.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Head of Operations in the day-to-day management of the Acquire product.
- Manage the product service desk, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required to respond to client queries.
- Work effectively as part of the product management team, collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise and enhance the product to deliver determined outcomes.
- Key member of the pilot team, delivering trials for new clients.
- Key member of the on-boarding team, setting up new clients into the platform and training users.
- Prepare and provide training materials and collateral as required.
- Project Management as directed/required.
- Management of out of platform - Acquire for Projects – campaigns from on-boarding to delivery.
- Work with the Head of Operations and the Key Account Directors to support the product sales strategy and team as required.
To be successful
- Broad experience with PaaS and or SaaS products from a market facing perspective.
- Proven track record of effective campaign implementation and project management.
- Confident communicator with the ability to articulate and present ideas and information to an audience appropriately and successfully.
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- A positive attitude to change and new challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Google Suite.
- Broader residential real estate experience would be highly regarded.
