Currently we are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Executive that will assist us growing and developing the business on our journey to success and advance your career opportunities!
The role is based in the UK and you will be working closely with our leadership team and Director of Operations. If you're looking for a challenge, our next chapter is set to be an exciting one!
The main areas of focus
- Work closely with the UK MD and Director of Operations and drive key sales & operations strategies;
- Participate in the development and execution of the operational plans, strategies, and activities to achieve business strategy and objectives;
- Generating and analysis of sales data and reporting of performance;
- Using the relevant social media and marketing channels to generate leads and build relationships for the business;
- Undertaking B2B sales communications, sending out presentations & samples, & follow up communications (written & verbal) as directed;
- Serving customers by selling products & meeting customers needs;
- Update new business prospects & product sample spreadsheets;
- Promoting our services & products to generate more enquiries/sales;
- Consistently establish & achieve sales target plans and market strategies;
- Handle customer feedback and address customer complaints;
- Relevant administration duties related to sales / operations.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level plus 3+ years of experience in a professional environment;
- Senior sales and operations experience, preferably in FinTech, acquiring and/or with a regulated financial services business;
- Evidence of proven career track record and consistent record of achievement;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical and logical skills with the ability to deal with problems in a practical and common-sense way;
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal;
- Creative minded and highly organised;
- Experienced in building relationships with senior management;
- Advanced relationship building and networking skills;
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, deliver to tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change;
- Excellent IT skills, including use of marketing tools and platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Experience developing and maintaining marketing policies & procedures and establishing & achieving sales target plans.
