About The Role
The Vice President of U.S. Sales position is responsible for the overall growth and operational strategy for Telix and it first commercial product, Illuccix®. The VP of US Sales will deliver targeted results for continuous improvement, growth, and profitability. Working directly with US sales managers to lead a high performing sales team and manage all account activity, the role is highly cross-functional, requiring effective leadership, communication, and collaboration with Telix America’s teams at all levels. This role reports directly to the VP of Commercial Operations.
This role requires 50% travel, including field travel with each head of regional sales on a consistent basis, calling on key accounts, institutions and customers as assigned by the company.
You have 10+ years of progressive sales and operations leadership experience (with a minimum of 3 years in a VP Sales role) within the medical device, biotech, life science or pharmaceutical industries within business functions (Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development). You are a conscientious, resourceful, and creative leader with a 'roll up their sleeves' mentality. You are a strong, strategic thinker who understands key industry trends and issues and can drive execution of sales strategies; rapidly identifying key issues within a complex situation; with exceptional skill in organizing work and setting priorities. Your ability to develop and execute new and innovative sales approaches to enhance and drive top-line revenue growth in the US (in line with the global approach) is second to none. You are versed in leading teams through change & growth, eager to drive sales excellence with focused efforts to increase salesforce effectiveness & growth to exceed sales targets.
