ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for achievers and high performers who are super energetic, ambitious, and have a hunger to grow as we grow with a never give up attitude.
As a Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth. You will work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives and customer satisfaction standards by prospecting, pitching, networking, market research, generating leads, and then closing sales with new and existing clients.
You will manage all phases of the sales cycle right from identifying prospective clients, negotiating, closing deals, and working closely with various teams to ensure timely order delivery and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be responsible for the development of sales programs (for B2B and all offline channels), implementation and results in their current and past roles. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
NOTE: If you are looking for 100% fixed compensation only, DO NOT APPLY. This Co-Founder role will include fixed package, incentives, and performance-based ESOPs.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, corporate gifting, and export channels
- Actively approach clients to introduce the ArtzFolio brand for bulk orders, promotional products, employee gifting etc.
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to constantly upgrade the sales process and help to position and messaging
- Own the entire sales process, client acquisition & management, oversee order completion and ensure client receivables
- Generate new business opportunities in our target segments
- Approach new businesses with bespoke product proposals and client-specific product samples
- Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
- Working towards business collaborations, partnerships, and affiliations
- Ensure the highest standards of client satisfaction pre-sales and post-sales process
- Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure the client-agreed product quality and timely order delivery
- Manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, and communications in line with your objectives
- Ownership mindset to handle the leadership role
- 5-10 years of B2B/Corporate sales experience with an excellent track record in the related industry as ArtzFolio
- In-depth understanding of the consumer, home & décor market, and corporate gifting segment
- Preferable if previous work experience and relationships with hotels, architects, interior designers, home furnishing, and décor companies
- Creative mindset and unconventional sales ideas
- Always up to date with the latest market development, new trends, and sales opportunities
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, ability to multitask and hard-working
- Knowledge of analytical tools
- High ethical and moral behaviour, unquestionable integrity and character
