We are looking to add to our team a Sales Operations Manager- someone to manage our technologies that support our selling efforts and our daily operations.

The Role Consists of 4 Main Functions:
Sales Automation - Finding ways to be more efficient with information by using tools like Asana and our training Learning Management System (LMS).
Special Projects - We regularly have projects that come up that need attention. This brings even more variety to the role and expands learning.
Administrative Marketing/Client Communication - Through HubSpot, our website, email, LinkedIn marketing to existing and new clients.
Office Administration – Manage the office with its day-to-day operations and appointments.
The Role Involves:
Management of our Learning Management System (LMS) that stores our online training sessions
Managing and maintaining our CRM platform (HubSpot)
Executing our marketing strategy to existing clients and prospects
Email communication with our clients
Scheduling and coordinating workshops with clients
Working with our Client Success Managers and Trainers to ensure a great experience for our clients
Managing in-person and zoom client workshops

Skills Needed:
Experience with CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Skills using project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Trello
Lite website updating skills a plus, but not necessary
The ability to learn new software quickly
Email marketing experience a big plus
Creativity in coming up with ways to increase our use of technology and automation
Our tech stack includes: HubSpot, Asana for project management, our internal LMS, Attendance Tracker, and other tools
