Sales Operations Director

Due to expansion, and reporting directly to SVP Finance, we are creating a new role - Sales Operations Director - to own and manage our Sales Operations function enabling Crisis24's sales teams to drive revenue and scale efficiently and strategically.
You will support Global Sales Managers and Sales Executives / Account Managers on running day-to-day sales processes aligned to execution of the business as well as driving the implementation of new tools and processes to continuously push productivity / efficiency improvement in our sales teams.
Taking ownership of Salesforce, our global CRM, you will be responsible for shaping all aspects of how the Sales Teams and other functions within the business use and interact with Salesforce and associated add-ons, ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across multiple internal teams.
We are looking for a highly organised professional who is passionate about Salesforce, sales process design and optimisation, with a proven track record of implementing best practice solutions and processes using Salesforce. An excellent communicator, you will partner with sales leaders to develop thoughtful and innovative strategies that improve internal stakeholder experience, optimise performance, drive revenue and reduce operational costs. You should be a self-starter, with the ability to work efficiently, anticipate issues and come up with innovative solutions to solve them.
Essential Skills
- A minimum of 5 years Salesforce experience.
- Salesforce certified Administrator, and Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Leverage all data / reports and analyse trends to track performance, offer insight, identify areas of improvement for the team, including through development of metrics and creation of dashboards.
- Ability to optimise Salesforce to increase efficiency through automation and effective processes to aid fast & sustainable scaling.
- Demonstrable experience of helping Sales Teams get the most out of Salesforce.
- Sales savvy - an understanding of what makes a salesperson tick, a curiosity in how to make them the best they can be, as well as a passion for continuously improving processes to get the best out of people.
- An agile player who can confidently navigate the company through change and transformation in a fast-growing organisation.
- An inspiring leader with a hands-on problem-solving approach. Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability.
- A strong collaborator working closely with other functional leads to drive the business forward.
- Be legally entitled to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
- Experience of Sales / Sales Management.
- Experience / knowledge of Pardot, FinancialForce, InsightSquared and CLM packages.
