The Opportunity
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will be the strategic and operational leader driving GTM scalability across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to build and optimise the company’s revenue engine—from systems and forecasting to enablement, analytics, and GTM alignment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, building the foundation for scale while mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all RevOps functions: systems, forecasting, reporting, territory planning, compensation design, and enablement
- Build and scale GTM operations across the US and EMEA
- Define and implement scalable RevOps processes and cross-functional metrics
- Drive the adoption and implementation of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
- Oversee CRM strategy: maintain HubSpot and evaluate migration to Salesforce
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partnerships to align GTM strategy
- Lead tooling integrations (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, etc.) and ensure pipeline visibility
- Mentor and grow the RevOps team as the company scales
Who You Are
- 5–10 years in Revenue Operations, including experience at a Series A/B startup (preferably cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS)
- Proven success scaling GTM operations from ~$5M to $20M+ ARR
- Comfortable working in early-stage environments with ambiguous and evolving systems
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics, forecasting, and GTM KPIs
- Hands-on operator who can also manage and mentor others
- Strategic thinker with strong systems/process design background
- Proficient in HubSpot (current) and Salesforce (future), and GTM tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus
- Experience implementing sales frameworks (MEDDIC preferred)
- Strong cross-functional collaborator; culturally aligned with a fast-paced, founder-led team
- Bonus: Familiarity with cybersecurity, DevOps, or adjacent domains
