The Sales Operations Analyst will be a highly curious individual, who is passionate about all things SaaS, customer success journeys, and volume Inside Sales models. This role will have a strong affinity with data integrity, and establishing a reporting and analytics cadence that underpins healthy customer acquisition strategies and activities. Advanced Excel skills are a must, as well as affinity with data analytics tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI. This is a fast-paced role that will be required to establish cross functional working relationships with sales, operations, renewals, finance and customer success teams. The analyst will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge, as well as the competitive landscape. Ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making is imperative.
Design and lead the process of handling sales pipeline development and key metrics such as opportunity growth, territory design, win/loss insights and revenue targets
Lead a regular sales cadence around forecasting and pipeline management
Compile and study data, create reports and processes to provide business insights related to annual strategic objectives
Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data across sales, marketing and customer success teams to help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness
Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based from trends
Utilize trends to anticipate future outcomes, with a focus on highlighting areas of opportunity and mitigating risk
Build, maintain and communicate regular cadence around key growth initiatives
Experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment with a particular focus on Sales Development, Business development outreach models
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance or another quantitative field.
Operationally-focused and an ability at connecting and communicating results and trends
2+ years in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or sales operations
Previous experience in a fast paced environment; preferably a SaaS company
Excellent communication, analytical, data mining and visualization skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
Effective working with cross-functional teams
