As the Head Sales Operations, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the strategic and technical aspects of accessiBe’s sales organization. Initially this position will be a hands-on operative role that will build and develop a functioning and high capacity sales operations team. The Head of Sales Ops will provide consistent insights to the production and efficiency of our Tech- Sales department, and be able to deduce insights and provide actionable recommendations based on this analysis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic initiatives to increase efficiencies and revenue
- Develop and grow capacities within current sales operations department
- Managing, Optimizing, and Maintaining Tech Stack
- Analyzing performance data and creating actionable insights
- Operative liaison between sales and other cross functional teams (support, legal, finance, etc)
- Active participant in sales leadership and company growth initiatives What we’ll
want you to have:
- 5-10 years of sales operations experience
Management Experience of Sales Ops Team and part of 20+ total Sales Organization
Analytical mindset focused on efficiency and production
- Highly adept technical understanding of common sales softwares (Salesforce and Sales Enablement Required)
- Fundamental department building and start-up experience
- Advantage for SaaS or High Tech Experience
