Omnichannel Sales Director
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales operations and strategies.
A business strategist who leverages their sales background to elevate Beauty Concept Brands to the next level. Proven record driving profitability and maximizing cash flow. Accomplished background in beauty brands, start-ups and entrepreneurial settings. Strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers selected retailers. Creative leader who forges new business opportunities in person and online. Expert in growing brands and setting foundation for continued growth. Sets sales targets, action plan and delivers.

The position requires the ability to forecast, set sales and profit goals, and to drive product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
+ create 6 month - 3 year sales projections
+ build action plan / strategy to meet sales targets
+ carry out strategy over clear timeline
+ create growth strategy / agenda
+ responsible for pricing strategy
Requirements:
+ proven experience in wholesale ( mass experience is preferred) + direct to consumer start-up, entrepreneurial environment (preferably in beauty / CPG space)
+ strong relationships with customers and key decision makers at selected retailers
Sales Distribution Channels:
+ direct to consumer : website
+ wholesale: responsible for growing our existing accounts, as well as achieving new retailers
+ activations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
