Job Description:

Our customers are auto repair and collision locations as well as new and used dealerships, where we provide management systems, payment services, communications tools, scheduling modules as well as accounting and finance packages.
We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager to support the sales operations functions for our Sales and Operations teams. This person will assist in the training of sales teams, reporting of sales data, and assisting with the quote-to-cash process. They will work closely with the Director of Sales Operations to ensure sales teams are operating efficiently by creating and improving sales processes to streamline and scale the sales operational workflow.
Primary Responsibilities:

This position will play a key role in enabling strategic opportunities and provide critical support to the sales organization that will drive efficiencies, profitability, and more robust controls

You will be managing aspects of the quote to Contract process, including overseeing opportunities through the deal review process to ensure accuracy, business, operational and SLA compliance, and optimal deal structure and pricing response

Work as a liaison between sales and finance ensuring a seamless quote-to-cash process.

Work with Sales and CRM Systems team to provide continual process improvements and system enhances as well as seeing tickets from ideation to implementation.

Proactively works with functional business stakeholders to define and design quote to cash operational flows in conjunction with strong business processes

Communicate and report on trends, risk, and areas of growth for the business to improve
Job Requirements:

4-6 years of related work experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance

Advanced skills in analytical and presentation tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint. BI Tool a plus

Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, and translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations to executive leadership

High level of expertise using Salesforce to produce relevant insights and streamline processes

Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, sense of urgency

Strong executive presentation and engagement skills

Self-motivated and highly collaborative

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, virtual and cross-cultural teams

Proficiency with Excel, including lookups, indexing, pivot tables and other advanced formulas.

Experience with Sales technology such as Salesloft and Sage Intacct a plus.
