Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Vice President of Revenue Operations for a Security/Surveillance company in Orem, Utah. This company provides on demand, rapidly deployed surveillance to the largest companies in the world.
Job Description:
As a leader in the RevOps organization, the Vice President of Revenue Operations is responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations in the company. This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments, and ensuring that the interaction between those departments is aligned with the larger company-wide strategy dictated by senior leadership across the company.
Responsibilities:

Drive effective revenue operational management for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Create operational cadences and visibility that drive teams to work cohesively to execute on the company strategy and maximize revenue

Responsible for sales forecasting visibility (historical, sales

Responsible for revenue operations, metrics and reporting, compensation design/modeling, revenue enablement (including onboarding/training), and deal support/RFP-writing

Work with the executives to optimize existing revenue models and validate new revenue streams

Drive solutions with the Operations, Tools, Insights, and Enablement teams to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention ? Be the liaison between sales executives and their reporting departments ? Lead the annual compensation plan review; propose/model compensation plan changes ? Drive annual bottoms up business plans and forecasting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

You have previous senior level sales & GTM, marketing, operations, or revenue operations experience

You have previously implemented RevOps strategies

You have a proven ability to communicate strategy clearly to multiple teams and areas of expertise

You manage relationships upward, downward and across the table

A large scale, transformational professional who has a track record of bold moves that transform sales operations, drive long-term customer experience and support business goals of customer retention and subscriber growth

A customer-focused professional who has expanded your portfolio to include a transformational sales operations emphasis, an expert at running small and large operations, and can engage and influence the C-Suite

A forward-looking, functionally broad senior individual who can define a vision and work collaboratively across the organization to get things done

Deeply knowledgeable of the benefits of a centralized revenue operations (RevOps) team and have experience working directly on aligning operations teams around the best go to market model
What Does Success Look Like:

Conversationally competent of RevOps strategy across the company ? Build alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations as part of the RevOps framework

Masterful with building/managing revenue focused incentives and organizational strategies

5-10 years of B2B sales in a matrixed organization
