The Role:
Splunk is seeking a highly analytical, problem solving, and solution oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join its Global Sales Operations team! The candidate will be among a team responsible for scaling the business through sales systems and automation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in multiple analytics and integration projects, and a strong understanding of sales, lead to order processes, territory planning and assignment. He/she will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, creative, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely or in one of our various Splunk offices.
Job Description

Work multi-functionally with diverse groups at Splunk to find opportunities for process optimization, process redesign or development of new processes

Work with IT representatives to help enable process automation

Manage and support Roles, Profiles and Sales Assignment process.

Support and Manage other Sales Planning Systems as needed.

Documenting existing processes and looking at opportunities to bring in efficiency.

Collaborate with product owners in the Territory Management, Account and Opportunity to Order processes to identify opportunities for process improvement

Recommend process optimization enhancements and projects

Ability to operate in Agile environment and adapt to workstreams of partners including IT
Requirements
-
3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations including a working knowledge of Salesforce, excel, word.

3+ years of business analysis / business process analysis experience

Strong analytic, planning, and leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of Servicenow dashboard building a plus

Ability to execute with autonomy and navigate ambiguity

Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).
