Sales Operations Analyst
Award winning manufacturer of building products in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their Product and Sales team. Excellent advancement potential. You will report directly to the VP of Strategic Sales Division. Great benefits including Quarterly sales incentives, profit sharing, and 401K. Salary up to $100K plus bonus.
Responsibilities of Sales Operations Analyst:
- Utilize spreadsheets to assess sales, identify inventory shortages, and track contract performance
- Understand the Lead Generation process: ie Dodge and integration into SF.com
- Understanding of Salesforce.com and ability to manage Project Quotes, Rebates, and Leads
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Monitor product economic and market conditions
- Support Outside Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, Logistics and Production with daily business initiatives
- Assist with administrative duties, pricing communication, reporting, check requests and Oracle system alerts
Requirements of Sales Operations Analyst:
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce required
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle
- Building Products industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ of experience in inside sales, project management or customer service
