The Opportunity:
Our client, a scaling shared workspace and whiteboard app is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist. This key Revenue Team member (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success) leading many critical elements of the Revenue Organization. They will help lead RFX responses, liaise with the Development and Product teams, and help manage internal Marketing, Sales and Customer Success processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Track all activity in the CRM and CSM systems. Monitor usage trends and identify areas of risk or opportunity.
- Track all communication with customers and prospects in the appropriate system.
- Ensure data integrity; identify missing or incorrect information caused by either incorrect data entry or broken data feeds and workflows.
- Enable brand advocacy; aggregate and analyze data from customer feedback responses. Escalate as needed and make suggestions to improve customer sentiment.
- Participate in Account Strategy and Planning sessions.
- Participate in Account Reviews (existing Accounts).
- Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Associates, Sales Management, and Customer Success on opportunity pricing as required.
- Participate in and coordinate RFX responses as required.
- Help gain competitive, market intelligence.
- Attend client meetings using virtual conferencing tools as required.
- Collaborate on additional same account revenue growth opportunities.
- Act with the strategy to grow Enterprise deployments into true Enterprise-wide roll-outs.
- Attend relevant, industry, and product training to continue learning.
- Help with the gathering, vetting, and presentation of corporate KPI data from the CRM and other systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Management on Client Billing and Financial Forecasting.
- Participate in win/loss reviews on appropriately sized opportunities and communicate the results of these sessions as appropriate.
- Act as a point of escalation when clients have technical issues or concerns.
- Support organizational training for the Enterprise Sales Team, the SMB Sales team, Customer Success team and the SDRs as appropriate. Provide input and assist with developing playbooks.
