DESCRIPTION
Sales Operations Analysts provide strategic advisory, business guidance, and decision support to senior leadership. We integrate perspectives from across Marketing, Sales, and Operations with market intelligence to drive decisions for the benefit of patients and customers. You will serve as a trusted and objective expert, leveraging your credibility to influence key decisions that drive impact across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Data Analytics: highly analytical and entrepreneurial problem-solving, analyzing primary and secondary data to surface actionable insights that benefit customers, patients, and commercial operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline AND 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, R, SQL, Excel)
- Experience with statistical modeling, analysis, and presentation of results to a non-technical audience
- Proven track record of time-management, project management, and teamwork
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Develop a deep understanding of customers and market dynamics to deliver insights that help the organization drive commercial impact
- Analyze and report on sales performance with the intent to share actionable insights and leading indicators for success
- Forecast revenue and develop business projection models
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts, projects, and practices and identify opportunities to optimize value of investments
- Apply analytical and statistical methods to answer a variety of business questions using multiple data sources and technical tools
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to develop solutions
- Provide an objective, holistic point of view; effectively weigh and communicate trade-off considerations
