Sales Assistant / Sales Operations / Purchase Order Management
Job Description- Fast paced, growing wholesale company seeking a high energy, detail oriented, organized, and motivated individual to join our sales team.
Job Highlights:
· Purchase Order Processing & Management.
· Inventory Management (extensions and revisions on purchase orders)
· Manage sample requests, arrange shipment, and notify customers.
· Prepare and distribute weekly inventory and sales order reports to Sales Team.
· Communicate with customers regularly regarding order details and shipping updates.
· Cross-functional communication across different departments (Production, Operations, etc)
· Maintain visual presentation of Showroom.
· Set Up Showrooms between meetings with refreshments, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Basic Data Entry and Reporting
· Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency
· Administrative writing & effective communication skills necessary.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and shift direction as needed.
· Team player
