Level Data, a fast-growing Kalamazoo-based software-as-a-service company, is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Specialist. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help implement our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies. Your role will be to maximize the overall impact of the sales team, ultimately driving more revenue. You will work directly with various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer success. This is a hybrid role that sits between various departments, so having a knack for both sales and marketing are critical.
Responsibilities include:
- Work directly with the sales leadership to improve the operational efficiency of the CRM
- Work directly with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to bring ideas to life, including implementation and reporting.
- Initiatives include: webinar program, account-based marketing, content strategy, etc.
- Strategy & planning: pulling ongoing and ad hoc reporting for business reviews, providing insights to inform business decisions and territory planning activities
- Systems & operations: identifying and implementing improvements in current workflows and processes that can help improve efficiency and visibility to drive more sales
- Create strategic analyses that provide value-added insights on sales trends, revenue growth, sales pipeline, and product utilization to drive strategic decisions
- Go-to person for all software tools utilized by the sales, marketing, and customer success teams including bu not limited to: HubSpot, ChiliPiper, Terminus, Pendo.io, etc.
- Determine sales and marketing strategies that help increase revenue.
- Review and improve workflows so that sales, marketing, and customer service teams can collaborate effectively.
- Identify technological solutions that help improve relevant teams’ performance and enhance the customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Collect and analyze data across departments to help maximize sales productivity.
Requirements - At least 3 years working in business management, sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations.
- Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management foundation.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model
- Experience working with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
- Quick learner and strategic problem solver – proficient in analyzing business needs
- A passion for driving change in an organization while being able to see the big picture
- Experience creating and designing advanced custom reports in Excel/Google Sheets
- Vlookup expertise is a must
- Previous project management experience and a self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Degree in business or related field
