About The Role
Our SaaS product has generated significant traction in a short period of time which is where you come in to help accelerate our growth.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and post-sales teams to support our internal systems (HubSpot) and reporting. This is a hands-on, analytical role in a fast-paced environment, requiring someone who is able to work successfully across multiple teams in order to gather and understand thorough information and to get buy-in from stakeholders.
- Understand all aspects of our CRM configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Design, build, and document process automation, and other configurable parts of our CRM
- Oversee the quality of data inputs and output into our database
- Assist with list scraping, data cleaning, and formatting
- Build and maintain dashboards and provide management level reports on scheduled and adhoc basis
- Maintain and build integrations and automation with third party tools (Zapier)
- Support training and enablement of new hires and continuous education of best practices within the CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Systems Analyst, or any other analytical role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and influence results
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce
- Knowledge and understanding of sales/marketing/cs functions, cycles, sales operations, and go to market business processes, and implementing technology to solve business problems
Working Relationship & Compensation
This is a full-time salaried position and is located remote or out of our offices in New Orleans, LA or Atlanta, GA. This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the States of Colorado, California, and New York.
