In this role as an Revenue operations engineer, it's your job not only to deliver what we promise but also to ensure the highest standards in quality control from start-to-finish. You will work closely with marketing teams on strategy development; sales operations colleagues providing timelines & requirements guidance throughout the project execution timeline (deliveries); managing changeovers when NEEDED! This position requires strong communication techniques both internally among other leaders inside one department or externally across different departments--not just those outside engineering.
Responsibilities
- Client Facing and able to articulate technical components to C-Level executives.
- Hubspot Marketing Hub Major Plus
- Hubspot Sales Hub Major Plus
- HubSpot Operations Hub Major Plus
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Requirements
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude
