Nymi is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to drive the development, alignment, and execution of processes within the Go-To-Market team. You’ll be reporting to the Manager, People & Operations, and the SVP of Field Operations and will play a critical role in supporting an international team that is taking Nymi to the next level.

What you’ll be doing: *
- Salesforce Management and Salesforce Administrator
- Integrations with other platforms – primarily ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Zendesk
- Process improvements, customizations within Salesforce, and user efficiencies
- Report and Dashboard creation and analysis in accordance with the needs of the team – Capturing and analyzing multiple elements of Go-To-Market strategy and status
- Coordinating Internal Stakeholders to Ensure Efficient and Accurate Shipments and Invoicing – Closed Won Opportunity Management, Sales Orders, Ready for Fulfillment coordination
- Contract Management
- Vendor Assessment Process and Documentation – Onboarding Nymi as a Vendor for Customers and Partners
- Developing a deep working knowledge of Sales functions, teams, and processes
- Support our teams as the primary point of contact for daily troubleshooting and requests
What you bring to the table:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related experience.
- 6 months of experience with Salesforce Classic or Lightning. Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is a plus. Certified Salesforce Administrator credential is a bonus.
- Proven ability to support sales teams remotely with closed won opportunity management, contract management, reporting, customizations, automations, and SalesOps management needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to relay information accurately and succinctly to a diverse stakeholder group.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes, systems, and tools.
- Proactive mindset with meticulous organization, high standards of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize tasks to move projects forward.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
