Senior Sales Operations Director, Americas
My client is a global leader in medical device that develops innovative technologies and solutions that specific target cosmetic, dermatology and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Director, Americas responsible for leading and managing operations and providing business strategies to meet and exceed business goals and client expectations. Support operational efficiency, analyze operations, identify gaps and provide recommendations to grow the business. Must report to the office 3 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Business operations; optimize the client experience
- Minimize sales interactions with post-sale operations: client support and services (installation, tech and field service), supply chain and logistics, clinical training, onboarding and practice development (contracts, upsell and account management)
- Identify and design operational initiatives such as work processes, KPI follow up and team alignments and ensure implementation
- Aligned with the organization’s business initiatives and client expectations; drive efficient and effective operations
- Improve operational capabilities and improve the client experience by implementing new technologies
- Collaborate with management and corporate teams to support in-house data and analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- Min. 5-8+ years’ of experience as a Sales Operations Director within a medical device organization required
- Experience managing operations, client services/experiences and/or supply chain teams
- Documented success of creating and implementing operational processes and meeting business goals
- Ability to motivate a team and drive efficiency
- Data-based and analytical decision making skills
- Strong Project Management and Communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Offering:
- Base Salary $200,000+ (based on experience)
- Bonus Potential to 25%
