Our mission is to accelerate commerce with an open, secure, and flexible payment platform that welcomes all payment participants. Backed by Spectrum Equity, with a $75M investment, Spreedly is experiencing rapid growth.
We now serve 600 customers globally. Many of these direct customers are platforms and marketplaces that have thousands of their merchants leveraging our payments platform. Our customers include industry leaders in digital goods, order ahead and delivery, online marketplaces, donation/giving platforms, event ticketing, and financial services.
Our employees help us execute against our vision through building a culture focused on autonomy, transparency, and collaboration in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and post-sales teams to continuously research, evaluate, and refine existing Go-To-Market processes and documentation, and utilize best practices to create and implement new processes and documentation as needed. This is a hands-on, analytical role in a fast-paced environment, requiring someone who is able to work successfully across multiple teams in order to gather and understand thorough information and to get buy-in from stakeholders.
-
You love data and details, and building Go-To-Market processes around both. You've done this before, so you understand what it takes to implement, manage, and measure process improvements. You don’t need to be a data analyst, but you do need to have a passion for using data to make informed decisions.
-
Defining new processes from scratch and evaluating existing processes doesn’t overwhelm you, it excites you! You love all of the steps involved in creating SOPs and when you look at an existing process, your first question is always, “How can I make this better/more efficient/more effective?”
-
You understand what it takes to automate effectively within a complex tech stack, and also when not to do that work. This isn't a developer role, but it does require good knowledge of what can typically be done within and between applications; you won't be coding, but you will be writing requirements and working with admins/developers to implement change.
-
Clear, thorough documentation is in your DNA, and you like using that documentation to train and coach the broader team.
-
You recognize that data and process integrity, as well as adoption, are critical - you take ownership here and have built mechanisms to do this efficiently.
-
You are comfortable working with all stages of the customer journey, including opportunity management, handoffs from Sales to Customer Success and Support, and renewals processes. You can readily bring best practices from your past experience to bear at Spreedly.
-
You have experience with most or all of our systems - Salesforce, Pardot, Clari, Catalyst, Zendesk, Groove, Gong, and Looker.

Spreedly is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. We actively work to drive out even unintentional discrimination in our hiring processes via practices like blindly graded work samples, structured interviews, and diversity awareness training.
Due to the sensitive nature of what Spreedly does- handling payment data- candidates must complete a successful background check. If you have concerns along those lines, please discuss with us sooner rather than later- we do not want you to waste time in the hiring process and get disqualified at the end if we can help it.
Spreedly has implemented a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all in-office and in-person company meetings, including our mandatory quarterly All Hands events.
Some of our positions are open to remote applicants. If this is the case it will be sited in the job posting just below the position name. Unless otherwise stated, remote positions are open to candidates in the contiguous US only. We are not set up to support remote employees from CA, NY, or outside the contiguous US. All applicants must have a US work visa.
We appreciate your interest in our company. Because of the high volume of resume flow, we may only respond to those candidates that we think will be a potential fit.
