Your Role
As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in managing and scaling commercial processes and uncovering insights that drive our growth strategy. This role is responsible for both strategy and execution and will bring a "roll up your sleeves" mentality to the commercial organization. We expect this person to love problem-solving and working cross functionally, and have an exceptional work ethic.
You will:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM, and assist with training sales reps on our CRM standard operating procedures
- Create monthly reporting package, as well as ad hoc reports, that provides analytical insights into KPI trends and helps drive and improve our growth strategy
- Work cross-functionally to respond to inbound requests for information from benefits advisors, employers, and potential channel partners
- Identify and evaluate new technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial organization
- Assist with managing our process by which we develop and ship proposals for employer opportunities
You’d be a good fit if:
- 3+ years experience of relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience operating in Salesforce
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excited to work in a highly cross-functional role that is critical to our growth
- Ability to move forward in sometimes ambiguous situations with a clear plan of action
It’d be nice if:
- Experience working at a health plan or in the employee benefits space
- Knowledge of self-funded health plans
- Obtained Salesforce ADM-201 certification
Our office is located in Watertown, Massachusetts but we’ve developed a robust remote working structure to give us more flexibility geographically while hiring for many positions.
This role can be done largely remotely, there are several times a year when staff come together onsite for planning and team building. Accordingly, we do require staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID.
