As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst you will assume ownership of the order to cash process, from Salesforce to the general ledger. Additional responsibilities will include month end close, audits, internal policies and procedures as necessary. You will have the ability to take on more responsibility once you showcase mastery of initial objectives. This role is based remote anywhere in USA in our Westford, MA office and reports to the CFO and the Controller.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
Objective #1 : In your first 30 days, learn the company and departmental policy and procedures. Demonstrate your knowledge of our product, customers, and the pain points we help solve.
Objective #2 : In your first 3 months, improve process flow of customer contracts; partner with the sales operations team to ensure proper documentation for revenue recognition.
Objective #3 : In your first 6 months you will, support accounting with deferred revenue in addition to other month end responsibilities. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the business including but not limited to sales, finance, etc..

Flexibility: You understand that at growth stage companies, things will evolve, and you may have to be flexible in your approach and in your expectations. You are open-minded and adapt well to changing environments as a company grows and scales.
Technical accounting skills: Experience in a growing SaaS company; you enjoy researching accounting standards, regulations, etc. and will be tasked as the "go-to" person on the team with respect to ASC 606 and others that pertain to our business. Proficient knowledge in Salesforce, Excel, NetSuite/Intacct ERP Systems. Assist in preparation in monthly reporting to investors.
Continuous Improvement: You execute tasks quickly but also have a mindset that looks to improve systems and related processes towards decreasing close time and other initiatives. You are comfortable speaking up when you see something that is broken but also take the steps to come up with a resolution to fix the problem.
