Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic executive to lead growth in revenue and earned premium as well as meeting the annual financial expectations of a minimum hurdle performance as our VP, Chief Revenue Officer.
This will be a proactive, highly energetic and self-motivated leader with demonstrated success leading, growing and optimizing both short- and long-term business strategies, including supporting Vertical Markets, General Managers and Managing General Agents.
Other responsibilities include:
- Lead the growth of revenue and earned premium, as well as annual financial performance
- Drive revenue, earned premium and annual financial expectations of achieving a minimum hurdle performance- 10% ROE and 5% Unit Value Growth- and 10% AP Growth
- Align the sales model and home office operations model to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience leading a large home office sales or business unit
- 10+ years insurance industry experience
- 5-10 years of worksite insurance sales experience
