Snowflake’s Sales Operations organization is actively seeking a Sales Operations Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects in support of Snowflake’s strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for framing the problems, setting the strategies, and organizing cross functional teams to successfully deliver new capabilities. We are looking for a leader with sales, product, and operational experience and a clear track record of driving business results. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
- Partner with the Sales Operations team to evaluate opportunities to drive growth through scalable solutions, develop associated business cases and implementation plans, including the resource, system, process, data requirements and timeline to successfully execute against the objectives of the program.
- Work with cross-functional business partners and leadership to design and develop execution plans, leveraging best practices, subject matter expertise and internal lessons learned
- Manage day to day execution of strategic initiatives, including framing the problem set, scoping and structuring execution plans, facilitating working team meetings, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decision making, developing and tracking deliverables and reporting on progress
- Proactively identify the need for stakeholder involvement, identify and resolve roadblocks and risks and manage day to day execution of the initiative(s)
- Facilitate joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners
- Provide transparency to leadership with open communication to ensure visibility of progress and challenges
- Develop metrics to measure and manage initiative progress and success relative to objectives
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE :
- Minimum 8 years total professional experience with 5+ years working with sales and/or product operations
- Prior experience in management consulting with a focus on operational transformation, corporate strategy/development, product or technical program management
- Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support, professional services
- Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business opportunities while working with cross-functional teams to drive decisions
- Working knowledge of sales processes and systems, including Salesforce/CPQ and order-to-cash systems and processes
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, revenue facing projects
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to balance time and effort across multiple projects while supporting emergent needs with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus
