Greenhouse is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team!
Our Revenue Operations team is looking for a data-driven, resourceful and diligent individual to help scale our customer facing teams! Partnering closely with leaders in the Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, and Operations teams, this person will be key in driving strategic go-to-market initiatives at the company, including decisions around growth, segmentation, and optimization. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced organization and excels at deriving insights from data, while aligning cross-functional groups on transformational changes.
You’ll own and improve key sales reporting & analysis, processes around book building & territory management, go-to-market process improvement, and parts of our sales tech stack. You’ll work closely with leadership from across our customer-facing teams, our revenue systems team, finance, and enablement. This role will be reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations as part of a global Sales Operations team.

What you’ll do
- Work directly with sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency. E.g. whitespace reporting & capacity planning
- Determine thoughtful Rules of Engagement (ROE) within the Sales Org, improving for both sales efficiency and our customer’s experience
- Drive the segmentation strategy and territory building for our Account Executive, Account Management, and Sales Development teams distributed across the US and EMEA
- Structure and complete projects by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations
- Analyze and extract key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metrics.
- Translate data into insights and action, and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization
- Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business
You should have
- Proven experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations position at a high-growth SaaS company
- Excellent eye for business - you are able to quickly understand the sensibility of a critical initiative
- Experience supporting a sales organization spanning multiple segments (e.g. pre/post sales)
- Ability to digest large, multi-layered data sets and extract insights that are relevant and practical
- Experience aligning cross-functional partners both in terms of the value of newly introduced initiatives as well driving operational execution within their respective teams
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Familiarity with sales tools e.g. Gong, Salesloft a plus

The national pay range for this role is $119,000-$178,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
