We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager of Insights to join our growing team.
Job Description: You and your team will be playing an integral role in providing better visibility to our customer lifecycle & GTM funnel. Including working closely with Marketing/XDR/AE teams to provide proactive insights to enable your stakeholders to make data-backed decisions. You and your team will also work closely with the teams responsible for onboarding, retention, and expansion.
Your Team: 3 insights focused analysts (1 Sr. Analyst and 2 Analyst II) + a soon to be hired Sr. commissions analyst
Rest of the Rev Ops Team: Revenue Operations Manager, Systems + Database + their team (9 people) + Manager of Enablement
Who your team will support: Marketing, XDR, AE, AM, Training, Onboarding, CSM, Customer Support and Product
Org: ~450 GTM focused headcount from Marketing, Sales, Channel Development, Training, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support and Product
Tech Stack: Salesforce (Sales Cloud + CPQ), Pardot, SalesLoft, Bizible, Gong, TaskRay, Gainsight, + Looking to do more with Power BI
To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and demand generation/GTM funnel. You and your team will oversee key initiatives such as the marketing attribution model, XDR/AE performance, Onboarding/Offboarding insights, understanding of Customer retention and expansion and reassurance of data quality for commissions payment. You will also work closely with the FP&A team to ensure proper business insights are flowing through to the financial models.
