Job Description


We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager of Insights to join our growing team.

Job Description: You and your team will be playing an integral role in providing better visibility to our customer lifecycle & GTM funnel. Including working closely with Marketing/XDR/AE teams to provide proactive insights to enable your stakeholders to make data-backed decisions. You and your team will also work closely with the teams responsible for onboarding, retention, and expansion.

  • You and your team will analyze performance across our GTM teams, looking to identify areas for performance improvement and scalability
  • With functional leaders you’ll facilitate hiring planning based on forecasts and actuals. You’ll help develop our future strategy based on your analysis and data.
  • You’ll work closely with your Revenue Operations counterpart of Systems + Database to ensure we have proper workflows and process in place for data accuracy.
  • Work closely with Finance to ramp up Sr. commissions analyst (soon to be hired)

Your Team: 3 insights focused analysts (1 Sr. Analyst and 2 Analyst II) + a soon to be hired Sr. commissions analyst

Rest of the Rev Ops Team: Revenue Operations Manager, Systems + Database + their team (9 people) + Manager of Enablement

Who your team will support: Marketing, XDR, AE, AM, Training, Onboarding, CSM, Customer Support and Product

Org: ~450 GTM focused headcount from Marketing, Sales, Channel Development, Training, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support and Product

Tech Stack: Salesforce (Sales Cloud + CPQ), Pardot, SalesLoft, Bizible, Gong, TaskRay, Gainsight, + Looking to do more with Power BI


Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and demand generation/GTM funnel. You and your team will oversee key initiatives such as the marketing attribution model, XDR/AE performance, Onboarding/Offboarding insights, understanding of Customer retention and expansion and reassurance of data quality for commissions payment. You will also work closely with the FP&A team to ensure proper business insights are flowing through to the financial models.

Ideal skills/background:

  • You have 5+ years working in high-growth B2B SaaS and have a great understanding of SaaS metrics.
  • You will have extensive experience in sales and marketing, as well as exceptional marketing attribution knowledge
  • You can make logical, practical, and articulate suggestions about how to change our strategy, the motivations for the change, and how to implement it.
  • You love optimizing workflows to ensure the right people are engaged in a process for the right reasons.
  • You're a self-starter, experienced in growing a business, and able to map a path to success.

The minimum salary is $75K and the max salary is $104K.
