NIC MAP Vision is hiring a Revenue Solutions Engineer! We are the senior housing industry’s leading market analytics technology provider. Join us on our mission to enhance the performance of the senior housing industry by supplying robust, cutting-edge data and analytics tools that enable industry stakeholders to strategize and execute more effectively.The Revenue Solutions Engineer is an individual contributor who will create code and other technical assets to enable the Sales, Marketing, and Client Success (Revenue) functions of the business to be more productive and efficient. This role reports to the VP of Engineering and will work cross-functionally with the COO and the Revenue teams to turn business requirements and ideas into workflows and automations. Success in this role will require technical expertise, strong communication skills with non-technical personnel, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from multiple departments.Revenue-tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, PandaDoc, ZoomInfo, Microsoft Teams, Oktopost, Adobe E-Sign Tech stack: Javascript, JSON, Database Technologies; C# and Azure experience are a bonusREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Salesforce development experience, including familiarity with Apex classes, Triggers, Controllers, Components, Visual force, and Test methods.Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to accomplish tasksOutstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to communicate effectively through excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.NIC MAP VISION is a collaborative environment that values discussion and debate to achieve the best result for the Seniors Housing sector. The successful candidate will be naturally inquisitive and self-motivated to dig into problems and provide solutions.Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervisionEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience requiredA minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience on an agile development teamA minimum of 1 years of Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage) development experienceExperience working on Salesforce integrations with Salesloft, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Slack, and other related software products.Experience working with cross-product implementations requiring full stack knowledge.Experience with Azure DevOps is a plusThis position is remote based with limited travel, at most 4-6 times/year. This position is only open for candidates residing within the United States, and we cannot sponsor at this time.
