We are currently searching for a Chief Revenue Officer to join their fast-growing team. This is a full-time remote position.
About You:
You are a humble, passionate sales professional that is excited to sell to customers and manage / coach a small team. You have a positive outlook and are interested in working in a highly collaborative, fast moving work environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Manage and execute a high-quality pipeline and growth across multiple channels
- Managing multiple sales opportunities from inception to deal close, responsible for deal qualification, deal strategy, and customer relationships, ultimately being the executive ensuring we are maximizing growth
- Generate opportunities from existing contacts and relationships, and from outreach to new prospects
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual pipeline and sales quotas
- Work with Marketing to develop new outreach and acquisition strategies
- Constantly collect data to track and improve on all steps in the funnel, identifying bottlenecks and improving funnel metrics
- Gain and possess a comprehensive understanding of our Client's technology and solutions, and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI.
- Manage a team of 4-6 sales professionals and continue to grow the sales organization
- Share customer insights with the Product team.
Skills and Qualifications: (even if you do not 100% meet these skills, we still welcome you to apply)
- At least 10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in the ecommerce space, with demonstrated experience growing revenue at a Series A staged company
- You have a history of exceeding revenue goals throughout your career
- You have extensive experience selling to multiple personas at VP and C-Level
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a flexible, "whatever it takes" attitude
- Proven ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, fast growing, environment
- Set up processes and levers that allow you to achieve your goals
- If you have experience working with apparel brands, that is a huge benefit for this role
- B.A. or B.S. degree required
