Who We’re Looking For
The Toyota Bank Sales Operations Manager will oversee Client Services and Sales Support for lending and deposit products. Our goal is to support our clients’ personal and business banking needs and develop long-term relationships through exceptional, personalized service. This includes supporting our Sales team to close deals and finalize applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will use your expertise in bank products and procedures to lead a team and self-source business through incoming inquiries to further develop and maintain the Private Bankers’ client relationships.
You Will
- Hire and supervise a team of Client Services & Support responsible for assisting prospective and current clients with their account needs, as well as supporting the sales team in close opportunities while they are in the field with clients.
- Assist Private Banking Relationship Managers with business development and set a standard for excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Focus on solving client needs first using sustainable efficient solutions and a mindset to deliver results proactively, resourcefully, and methodically
- Establish and support new client onboarding, including account openings.
- Work with all areas of the Bank to provide input for the design and implementation of new products, services and policies, and procedures.
- Work with other team members, including Private Bankers, loan processors, and vendors to provide a more efficient sales and workflow environment.
- Adhere to the applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.), as well as Bank policies and procedures.
- Identify and report suspicious activity.
- Know and verify the identity of any client who enters into a relationship with the Bank.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
- The ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities as a quick learner who is a process- and deadline-oriented.
- An aptitude for quickly forging effective working relationships with a variety of personalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An orientation toward being a team player and providing extraordinary service while furthering the Toyota Bank culture and values.
