POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Senior Manager of Sales Ops will have end-to-end ownership over specific growth levers in the sales budget. This role will collaborate with sales (leadership, sellers, and support functions) to oversee the success of growth levers including scaling different go-to-market strategies (ie Vendor Managed Inventory programs with top customers), launching new sales enablement tools (ie financing, increased activity/pipeline management tools), and helping the sales org successfully integrate and realize the full potential of synergies with acquisitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overseeing and directing the platforms, tools, and processes that drive sales force effectiveness and business intelligence
- Own special projects end-to-end, strategy through implementation, of tools, processes, and partnerships that enable the sales team growth, including, but not limited to, scaling our Vendor Managed Inventory program
- Collaborate with sales team to generate success and buy-in of tools and processes to ensure scalable adoption
- Build strong relationships with go-to-market internal stakeholders and effectively manage expectations
- Perform regular data analysis to monitor and drive increased productivity across the sales, marketing, and customer success organizations, and leverage this data to proactively identify areas for improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the sales and marketing businesses, and leverage that knowledge to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures
- This position can be remote
