Job description
The Customer Sales Operations Manager will direct the company’s support to various business departments within the organization. This position is at the heart of business operations and responsible for an efficient Customer and Sales support. Aiming for highest levels of customer satisfaction and confidence, this positions leadership ensures support and information flow to all internal and external customers in an effective and professional manner.
This position requires management of more than one personal in their department.
This is a managerial and coordinating role with responsibilities as mentioned below*:
- Overseeing all customer sales operations movements such as Customs & Logistics, Showroom & Office coordination, Customer Service and Customer contract management
- Provide and update internal stakeholders with dedicates tools and reporting systems to ensure efficient workflow and support
- Managing updates on systems, agreements, Invoicing/Credits, compensation schemes in cooperation with HQ and team
- Processing compensation schemes in timely manner and providing analysis to sales management and liaising with Finance department
- Lead process of customer communication
- Manage the overall process around sales samples including discontinuation, movements between reps and overseeing annual stock count
- Supervising Returns and Stock management
- Manage customer service team in London and Italy with various ad hoc customer service requirements
- Overseeing office requirements to ensure compliance with workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Supervising all Import and Export Management activities ensuring an uninterrupted flow of goods between UK and various locations in Europe incl. warehouse coordination
Your requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Operations Management with a Customer Service or Sales Support background
- Previous experience in managing and developing teams
- Experience in Client relationship management
- Excellent stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- IT Literate and great MS office skills
- Experience with SAP, MISS or equivalent systems preferred
- Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Be responsible, patient, reliable, honest, and competent in handling operational tasks.
- Fast-learner with outstanding trouble-shooting skills and excellent critical thinking ability
- Fluent in English
- Italian language skills beneficial but not mandatory
