The role :
We are looking for a Sr Associate Sales Ops, to be part of the ‘Operation team’ focused on productivity and will be working closely with the Sales PUs to execute sales. You will join a talented, focused team with a start-up mentality that thrives on innovative and collaborative environment.
You will :
- Secure coherence of sales back-office process
- Ensure consistency of data within the CRM tool (Sales Force)
- Ensure compliance with Group policies in relation to order bookings and licence delivery as well as proper and timely implementation of closings
- Periodic updates of key metrics and notification of irregularities
- Participation in activities of the SalesOps Team to ensure Group policies related to order booking, licence delivery is properly implemented and to ensure timely closure
- Managing of changes/rejections to submitted deals, working closely with sales and sales operations
Your profile :
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the sales department in the software business
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
- You are fluent in German and English in order to work with numerous international partners
- You have a great passion for a global company as well as working with colleagues and partners from multiple countries and cultures
- You have very good knowledge of common office applications, especially Excel, as well as knowledge of a CRM-Tool, ideally Sales Force
- If you speak Russian or Czech, it would be a plus
