Job Description:
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will support the Head of Growth and Head of Community Partnerships (Sales). The ideal candidate will have superb organizational skills, be a problem solver and able to independently manage deadlines. The position is best suited for someone with a baseline understanding of contracts, financing, and marketing.
We are looking for a highly focused and driven young professional that is keen to learn and excited to take part in the growth of a successful startup!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare research for sales calls – zoom inbound, zoom outbound, and in-person meetings
- Assemble contracts for execution with data provided by Head of Growth
- Analyze spreadsheets and create basic visualizations of loans from existing and new customers (requires basic financial literacy of cash flows, rates, etc.)
- Assist Head of Growth with client and prospect relations
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Organize CRM and communication between Head of Growth and rest of sales team

Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional sales-oriented and technology-enabled environment

- Curious and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
