We are partnered with a global financial technology firm that is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of all sales data, forecasting, and reporting!
Primary Responsibilities
- Compile and report on sales data to all relevant stakeholders
- Develop an in-depth understanding of existing reporting and forecasting methods and implement new ones
- Develop new methods of analyzing large amounts of data
- Establish a process around CRM data input
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably within financial services or fintech
- Experience tracking KPIs for sales organizations and working with sales metrics
- Experience at organizations with long sales cycles a plus*
