We have an exciting opening as a* Senior Manager, Sales Operations Analytics. *This role will analyze business information, translate requirements into functional specifications and will be responsible for developing financial models with visibility into the pipeline, forecasting, discounting and pipeline acceleration and sales productivity as well as sales management tracking and reporting. proactively provide insights that are actionable to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. Serves as the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closure. Important for this individual to possess a solid understanding of process and analytics in a sales environment and critical business performance drivers and will play a critical role in further developing a high performing Sales Operations function.
In this role you will:
- Drive analyses that deliver insights and recommendations to leadership team for strategic and operational planning decisions.
- Analyze topics such as customer segment and product profitability, customer lifetime value, and business scaling strategies. Explain findings and recommend appropriate actions.
- Thinks and acts strategically using data and models to support recommendations to leadership and Executive teams
- Demonstrate expertise in core systems related to sales operations and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of current processes and workflow
- Reviews data discrepancies and recommends solutions to improve accuracy
- Support the development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities and execute operational plans.
- Assist with implementation of new processes and support organization and management of necessary documents
- Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results.
- Assist the Senior Manager, Sales Optimization in understanding quote-to-cash process to implement programs to improve sales team performance and quality assurance.
- Assists Sales in managing complex deals from concept to booking, including deal structure, quoting, pricing, and partnering with the Contracts and Finance teams to ensure accuracy.
- Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision making for the sales and executive teams.
- Support recurring pipeline management and forecasting
- Participate in sales team meetings to support the needs of sales leadership and sale executives
- Engage and drive continuous quality improvement through process redesign and operational excellence best practice implementation.
We'd love to hear from you if:
- 5 plus years required working in financial planning and analysis, or similar modeling role; preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to combine operational and financial data to create meaningful business insights.
- Ability to form data and evidence-based conclusions, and effectively communicate findings
- Experience with Salesforce, Apttus, Salesforce CPQ and other quote-to-cash and business intelligence tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled in translating ideas into clear messaging that is understood by the intended audience
- Strong business acumen, proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to recognize patterns and create an appropriate analytical framework without excess complexity
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to combine operational and financial data to create meaningful business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple operations/projects
- Ability to prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Team player
- Ability to travel 10%

Pay: $133,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year
