Role
The Sales Operation Specialist will facilitate an increase in the success of our sales team by providing them the necessary support that allows them to focus on our customers. This role will provide optimal support to our sales team through processes like data analysis, lead management, process optimization, communication and reporting, and long term, sales, and revenue strategy.
Responsibilities
- Various administrative tasks to support the sales team during the sales process
- Managing sales data for the sales team (weekly, monthly reporting)
- Inbound sales e.g. Sales lead follow-up after marketing events (webinar, exhibitions etc)
- Manage license agreement (follow up on signature, filing)
- Managing data and system such as the CRM
- Manage support and maintenance period
- Invoicing/payment
- Track production royalty
- AICE quotation/shipment
Required Skill Sets:
- Achieved or are pursuing a bachelor’s in Business Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable with adapting to various invoicing systems
- High Comfort level with technology
- Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Desired Skill Sets:
- Experience with Salesforce or Zoho
- Entry level sales support a plus
