The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role within the GSO team to provide high quality analysis and sales system development support for the high growth Cloud business. The Analyst should be comfortable analyzing large data sets and transforming it into actionable insights for executive presentations. Experience in previous business analysis roles driving system enhancements would be highly desirable.
The role will support Cloud Tech and SaaS business end to end sales processes and tools improvement. Primary focus will on the improving sales productivity and visibility into customer cloud consumption . Working cross functionally this role will support the global sales operating model evolution for the cloud business to drive growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support consumption analysis for SaaS and Tech customers
- Gain an in-depth understanding the existing BI platforms like Sales Intelligence
- Drive improvements and enhancements in sales tools like Sales Planning Application
- Test and validate consumption related bug fixes and new enhancements to the sales tools
- Document and track application enhancements during development cycle
- Experience with, and enthusiasm for analyzing, defining and driving system requirements with IT/OAL organizations
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related
- Three years of professional work experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Analytics and reporting experience – Excel, BI/SI tools, Apex, etc.
- Good self-organization, multi-tasking ability
- Attention to detail, methodical and accurate
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
