We are hiring our first Deal Desk to help build and drive processes from the ground up. You'll partner with the go-to-market teams, helping closing deals and back-end process post-sale. You'll serve as an advisor and work with our internal teams collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.
You will...
review sales contracts to identify components that impact billing and revenue recognition;
work cross-functionally on process improvement and be a key stakeholder in our rollout of Salesforce Enterprise
act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (ie: sales, finance, product, legal) to help facilitate deal closures;
implement existing deal and approval processes that supports a high velocity sales motion;
apply revenue control requirements in relation to contract review;
improve and manage the ongoing revenue forecasting process, implement technology-supported revenue forecasting process;
drive cost-of-sales analysis and trends and tracking to ensure optimal ROI on resource utilization across Sales and Account Management teams;
operationalize sales compensation tracking, to support ongoing improvements in sales compensation program including ensuring accuracy and visibility;
build dashboards and reporting for critical metrics;
provide insight, feedback and make recommendations on strategic company and team initiatives.

4+ years of revenue operations/deal desk or equivalent experience;
CRM Enhancement / Process Improvement experience, Salesforce experience required;
prior experience in data analysis and reporting;
excellent written and verbal communication skills;
exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills;
the ability to build trust and become a true business partner to our sales team on both strategic and operational challenges;
experience in partnering closely with cross functional stakeholders; legal, finance, product and operation.
