Responsibilities

Assist with general office tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Utilize software such as QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and record-keeping.
Manage scheduling and coordinate event planning activities to ensure seamless execution.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Prepare and send documents using DocuSign for electronic signatures.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Collaborate with team members to support various operational needs as they arise.
Provide clerical support to management as needed.

Requirements

Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in an office or clerical role is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
