Your mission:
As Klim’s first Revenue Operations hire, you’ll build the foundation for how we run, track, and scale our commercial engine. From streamlining our CRM and processes to shaping how data drives our decisions, you’ll be the go-to person for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-growing sales team.
This is a builder’s role, you’ll define best practices, connect tools, and turn raw data into insights that move the needle. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to make sure everything flows smoothly from first touch to signed deal (and beyond).

Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in a B2B environment.
Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably Pipedrive or Salesforce) and sales tooling.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or CRM dashboards.
Excellent process design and project management abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a passion for making a positive impact on climate and agriculture.
Experience in the climate tech, agriculture, or food value chain sectors is a plus!
