Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in the overall financial management of the organization, providing leadership and direction in financial planning, risk management, and revenue cycle management. Duties
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Manage revenue cycle processes to optimize cash flow and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and maintain adherence to COSO frameworks.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Supervise finance department staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Stay updated on IFRS standards and ensure that all financial practices comply with current regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, risk analysis, and financial planning processes.
- Proficient in financial report writing with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and COSO internal control frameworks.
- Experience supervising finance teams and managing cross-functional projects effectively.
- A solid understanding of IFRS standards and their application in financial reporting.
