Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute and operationally hands-on CFO/FD to join the group’s senior leadership team, with the role based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or CPA with proven experience in complex, multi-sector businesses. A strong track record in M&A, strategic finance, and business partnering is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the finance, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, supporting investment decisions and business performance improvements.
- Drive commercial initiatives, including M&A evaluation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
- Partner closely with operational leaders to enhance profitability, cash flow, and capital efficiency.
- Maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices across jurisdictions.
- Oversee treasury, tax planning, and investor reporting as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (CA or CPA) with 15+ years of progressive finance experience within Manufacturing
- Significant exposure to operational finance in dynamic, multi-entity environments.
- Proven experience in M&A, from target assessment to integration.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Experience within highly technical sectors is a distinct advantage.
- Comfortable working in an agile, entrepreneurial setting with long-term investment horizons.
- Based in Singapore.
Compensation Package
This role is looking to pay US$300,000+ bonus.
