This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Leader, to join an expanding and scaling technology business here in Sydney!
This role will be the growth champion of the brand as it expands its product suite which has B2B, B2C and B2B2C aspects. Not only is this expanding and looking to acquire new clients and partnerships, but also; the organisation is opening up franchise opportunities internationally to rapidly expand this technology across the globe utilising their software and solutions.
As for the business; they have been working hard on building and optimising an innovative solution bringing Augmented Reality (AR) to their sector and have signed some big partners to the table for 2022 and beyond!
What We're Looking for
We're looking for someone who has a proven background in Senior Sales Leadership and whom has grown an organisation from ground roots and up. We're looking for someone with a strong network in large organisations in Property, FMCG, Architecture, Retail, Distribution and any other industry with large commercial exposure - ideally B2C.
We'd love to speak with people who can think strategically, explore creative solutions within opportunities as they find them; and work on client deal negociation through to business leadership.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead sales efforts to achieve the organisations sales quota of strategic sales opportunities
- Strategically develop a Business Development and Customer Success practice within the business
- Work with the CEO and expanding executive team to optimise the Go-To-Market stratetgy into different territories
- Utilise your network to bring together strategic partnerships with enterprise clientele
What You Need
- Extensive experience in sales and leading the sales function of a growing organisation (scale-up level ideally)
- Collaborate with your peers in the executive team to develop and iterate on the businesses GTM strategy.
- Track record in growing an organisation and being the bread winner in sizeable sales and partnerships
- Ability to effectively build relationships with C suite level contacts
- Someone who's ready to join a scale-up and lead the sales team from the front.
What We're Offering
We're lookinng at a base salary of about $180k - $200k with bonus/ incentives ontop.
Ultimately this will be negociable but as a scaling business we're targeting someone reaching the top of their sales leadership game and who is still motivated by growth, sales sucess and bringing business through the door.
