Position overview :
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will define, implement, enforce all sales administration & customer facing activities for company back offices.
What will be your contribution?
Owning and administering our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) HubSpot
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the CRM. Including owning the objects related to Sales and supporting the Marketing team.
Optimizing Hubspot user experience and increasing user adoption. Supporting all HubSpot users at Outsight, including training any new employees.
Owning the Product Catalog / Quoting functionality in HubSpot.
Generating both cyclical and ad hoc Sales Reporting and KPIs. More meaningful reporting in HubSpot Dashboards.
Defining, implementing, and enforcing all Sales Administration processes
Managing Customer billing and payment follow-up procedures. Responsible for invoice creation and owning the Accounting tools (Pennylane and Quickbooks)
Logistics: Responsible for the procurement of all Hardware used for Customer deployment. Including PO submissions to LiDAR Manufacturers and ensuring the items are shipped to the end customer/user. Spendesk submission of invoices.
Enhancing the Sales Funnel for improved efficiency
Improving the internal sales processes
Supporting the GTM strategy
Sales Forecasting
Enhancing and optimizing the Sales Forecast process by boosting utilization of the CRM.
Building the Sales Forecast for Business Plan in the CRM.
Increase the accuracy of the Business Plan inputs.
What are the requirements for the role?
+5 years proven experience in an agile environment
Analytical mindset with ‘data driven’ attitude
Expert in implementing process and tools
Experience in small to mid-size enterprises
Rigorous: Able to define clear process, document & implement the tools to enable smooth workflow
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
At ease with modern tools (Hubspot, Confluence, Pennylane, Airtable, Google Suite, …)
