Parados is currently looking to bring on a Revenue Operations Manager to help conduct, analyze and deliver results of neuromechanical assessments to customers alongside carrying out other relevant responsibilities with this position.

Position Summary:
Working with an internal team and external partners, the Revenue Operations Manager will be working closely with the entire team and is accountable for most aspects relating to the customer-facing side of the business.
Accountabilities include:
· Enabling the organization Tracking and analyzing sales & marketing metrics from email campaign providers, paid advertisements services, social media, etc.
- Ensuring that sales & marketing strategies/efforts align with Parados’ brand
- Having a solid grasp of social media platforms and content creation basics
· Conducting market research and developing effective strategies
· Preparing and conducting surveys/questionnaires to gather consumer feedback
· Communicating with clients and affiliate partners
· Attending marketing events and training sessions
· Performing administrative tasks such as updating databases and spreadsheets
Requirements and Competencies include:
- Superior project management, organization and prioritization skills
- Effective communication – written and oral
- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills, ability to solve unexpected complex problems
- Ability to self-manage, adapt, and roll out new ideas quickly
- Being resourceful in creating automated systems and the software to control them
- Conducting research, documenting findings, and presenting reports at meetings

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have experience in similar projects or positions. Assets for this position include:
- A relevant degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, STEM field, etc.)
- An understanding and/or background in athletics, biomechanics, movement science, etc.
- An interest in sports, technology, health & wellness
- Bilingualism (En/Fr)
